Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, our 30-day return policy makes it easy to send it back.

30-day returns

You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be in resalable condition — unworn, unwashed, and with any tags or protective materials intact.

How to start a return

To begin, email support@golfcarry.store with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with a prepaid return label and simple instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@golfcarry.store with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as used gloves or opened consumables) may not be eligible for return. Any such exceptions are noted on the product page.
